Summit Founder

Tanya Holden is the founder of Extraordinary Life Summits, a passion project where she hosts online events to inspire and equip people to create location-independent lives of freedom, adventure, and fulfillment. Tanya, along with her husband Lewis, made the bold decision five years ago to sell everything, buy a sailboat, and pursue a nomadic lifestyle - a journey she is excited to share with her audience.

Tanya and Lewis had built multiple successful businesses, including a 7-figure service company, in the construction industry. Despite their financial success, they found themselves feeling trapped and unfulfilled, working around the clock without making meaningful progress towards their goals of early retirement and living abroad. After years of feeling stuck in the rat race, they reached a point of desperation and decided to make a drastic change. They liquidated their assets, left their suburban Texas home behind, and prepared to explore the world from the deck of their new sailboat.

The transition was not without its challenges - outfitting their boat, navigating family emergencies, and working through COVID-19 travel restrictions. But Tanya and Lewis persevered, and are now happily underway, currently spending hurricane season in Gulfport, Mississippi before heading south to Mexico, Belize, and destinations throughout Central America and the Caribbean.

Choosing An Extraordinary Life: Unique Ways To Live Anywhere & Earn Everywhere, will premiere this fall. It is the first of many summits to come, born out of Tanya’s desire to provide real insight and practical guidance from experts who have "been there, done that" when it comes to building location-independent, financially free lives. The summit introduces us to a wide range of successful digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and innovators who have created fulfilling lives of adventure and possibility.

Tanya's goal is to provide a roadmap for others who want to reinvent their life, develop location-independent skills and income, and experience the freedom of being able to live and work from anywhere. Whether it's starting an online business, embracing the digital nomad lifestyle, or finding creative ways to achieve financial independence, Tanya is passionate about sharing the tools, tactics, and mindset shifts that can unlock a life of possibility.

Through Extraordinary Life Summits, Tanya aims to empower her audience to break free from the 9-to-5 grind and design lives that are aligned with their deepest values and wildest dreams - just as she and Lewis have done. Her message is one of inspiration, possibility, and the profound personal transformation that can occur when we find the courage to chase an extraordinary life.
